~Follow my Instagram : @hb__lashes Appointment Policies: -There is a $25 non refundable deposit to hold your appointment slot -Please come to your appointment with a fresh face. No make up, no mascara! -If you have never gotten any lash service before, getting an allergy test is recommended. If you have any questions about that, message me! -Sign the consent form before your appointment that will be sent to your email upon booking -If there is an issue with your lashes within the first 72 hours, I will fix them for free. After that, you’ll be charged full price -If you are no call, no show, you will no longer be able to make appointments with me and your card will be charged 50% of your appointment cost -Remove your contacts before arriving to your appointment -Book your fill appointments between two - three weeks after your last -You must have 40% of your lashes for it to be considered a fill -NO foreign removals Covid-19 Policies: -If you have any symptoms, had recent exposure, or waiting on test results, please cancel your appointment -No guests are allowed -If you have tested positive, please wait the appropriate time before booking your next appointment Cancellation Policies: -If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before, your card will be charged 50% of the cost of your appointment -If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment with no communication, it will be canceled and your card will be charged the 50% fee If you refer a friend, you get 10% off your next service!
